Shipping fees and delivery times
Dope Factory ships exclusively from Italy (CET time zone) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Please consider 5-7 business days from purchasing time (not including weekends or holidays) for process your order. Processing time is required for review your order information and prepare it for shipping.
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, or in the event of any atypical delay in processing your order, you will be promptly notified.
Dope Factory ships worldwide via DHL, UPS, or equivalent courier services.
Dope Factory cannot be held accountable for delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We may use alternative carriers of an equivalent service level depending on operational needs. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on destination and operational constraints.
Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Please mind that in some cases, prices could be already DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This will be displayed next to the item price.

Refused/Returned to Sender Packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Dope Factory by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. Please mind that the original shipping cost / custom duties are not refundable.
Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
Tracking information
As soon as your parcel is ready, you’re going to receive our shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your order.
Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Care.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Customers are kindly invited to carefully inspect the parcel before signing and confirming its delivery.
Dope Factory secures all parcels with customized adhesive tape for added security.
If the parcel has been opened by customs or the courier for authorized inspections, it will be resealed with an official guarantee seal by the relevant authority.
If the parcel appears damaged or the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are advised to:
- Sign the delivery with the note “Received Unchecked” or “With Reservations,” or
- Refuse the delivery of the parcel altogether.
If the parcel does not appear intact, customers are encouraged to file a claim with their local DHL/UPS office and promptly contact Dope Factory at info@dope-factory.com.
Please note: If the parcel shows any signs of tampering and the customer signs the delivery without adding the note “Received Unchecked” or “With Reservations,” the delivery will be considered automatically accepted, and Dope Factory will not accept any related claims.
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Dope Factory is not liable for any loss or theft that occurs after the package has been marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or contacting the carrier directly.
